Prior to the communication with them it was fine. We had the system installed while we were on vacation, but we talked with the owner about what we wanted. He explained in depth about what they did and how they do things. I said I didn't want to see lines in the yard, and he assured me that there might be lines in the yard but that they would disappear within 2 weeks. They did not start on the day they said they were going to. When they got started, my neighbor was in communication with them to let them in to the garage to put the system in. I called and spoke to the wife of the owner and she assured me there were no issues. When we got home we found that the telephone lines and the landscape lighting were cut. We called him to report what happened. He sent one of his employees to address the problems and do the tutorial that he promised he would do. They said they would repair the landscape lighting, but never did. They said the reason the telephone line was cut was because of a mistake that Julie made and that it wasn't marked, so that's why they hit it. The owner said he knew they cut the lighting, but they never told me they did. The owner only came out after I complained persistently. The lines in the yard never went away like he said they would. The only thing they came out to take care of was to put soil in where there were chunks of sod missing. When I asked him if he was happy with how the job went, he said yes. He took no responsibilities for the chaos and never followed through with anything he promised.

They got here on time and worked quickly. Their price is excellent. They are friendly and personable. They actually call me whenever I have to turn it on and off. The guys that come are always the same, so we have a good relationship.
