They have always been very accurate and timely. They fix or install what they agree to do. Their prices are very reasonable.

They are terrific! They are knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, thorough, helpful, and very reasonably priced. They are excellent at diagnosing problems, and then fixing them. On each visit they went "above and beyond" by fixing something extra, looking at something in addition to what they were called to do, or with a helpful tip. We've had a lot of house work done over the past year, and I have a lot of reports to file when I have more time. PT Mechanicals is the only company I've made it a point to report on right away, because I'm so pleased with them.

My water heater would not light. I called Patrick. He said that he would come out on Sunday to check, but first he suggested that I hold the pilot button for longer, but this did not work. Patrick said he would be out at 8:30 Sunday morning, but arrived about 8. Which was great! He completed the job and did not charge extra for coming out on a Sunday.

I contacted Patrick via his cell phone and we made arrangements for him to stop by to give me an estimate. He lives approximately 4 minutes away and he arrived right on time with his son, Jason. Both he and his son seemed very nice. They looked over the work to be done and gave me a quote of $80 and we scheduled the repair for the next week at a specific day and time since he needed to order parts. All that was great. BUT, he never showed up the next week nor called me again! I kept calling him and leaving messages - I couldn't get him to answer his phone. I could not find any other phone number for him and so, now that the leaks are worse I have to scramble to find someone else reputable. I wanted to be gracious and think that maybe a medical emergency occurred and that's why I haven't heard back. But after more than one week and no return call, there must be something else going on.

The day improved after we called Patrick. It was very early in the morning and we left a message. He called back later and got to know the problem. He was very upfront about what the cause might be and what the costs might come up to. He was also very reassuring. We called Patrick based on what we read at Angie's. He turned up at the time he said he would and was very prompt. We were very happy we did that.

Patrick and his son arrived early for the appointment--this is such a refreshing change from other contractors who are often late! They were clean and polite--their work was meticulous, and they were willing to explain every step they needed to take and the reason why. Patrick's son was working with him that day, and the discourse between the two men was remarkably kind and supportive. I heard Patrick encouraging his son and praising his work. I will be using Patrick again for my plumbing needs. He answers his calls, warranties his work, and does a fantastic job!

Patrick is very professional, very knowledgeable in plumbing. I was most pleased that he gave me lots of clues on the best plumbing techniques for future plumbing. He had tried to help me over the phone, as he has done in the past, but this job was too big for me to deal with. In the past, he recommended a certain toilet for installation, we did and have been very pleased with his advice. He is honest, absolutely no ''snow job''. He educated me about plumbing rather than being superior with his knowledge. He is our plumber, hands down. I supplied the parts, so he only charged me the cost of the service call.
