MASSIMO'S ITALIAN TILE DESIGN

Massimo is the Best!! This is the second shower he has done for me and it’s so gorgeous! He also put in a new floor! His workmanship is impeccable!! I highly recommend using his services!!

Lena (Massimo's wife and business partner) set up a time right away to come out and give us an estimate. Once I ordered the tile, they were a little slow to get back to me. They told me the tile would take 4 weeks to come in. After 4 weeks, I called them to see if the tile was in and it was, but I was expecting them to call me. Then they said they would call the next day to set up a time for installation. They didn't call, so I called them 3 days later. When they returned my call the following day, they had a date for the installation. Massimo came out on that date and covered the floors with a drop cloth and installed the tile. He said he would be back the next day to do the grout. He worked very quickly and did a beautiful job. We love the tile!

Lena provided ideas as well as sample tiles to look at in our home. She had great ideas in a range of prices and allowed me to take samples home to look at in our lighting conditions. Massimo installed the tile. The whole process was enjoyable and Massimo completed the work in a timely fashion so we were not without our kitchen. They were very clean and made sure not to track through the house.
