I'm satisfied. I think he did well, he is very conscientious and careful. He spent more time than he expected to because he ran into some problems that I don't think he expected and I didn't expect either. He had to cut an access panel and I supplied an access panel as well. The only thing he needed to go out and get were some $40 worth of pipe fittings that he needed to change out. He did not charge me additional hours of the labor and stating that he could.

Jeff arrrived within the time frame stated, started work, found that there was additional trouble, went for the parts required, two different times as the work became more and more involved, showing me each pipe and fixture that needed repair as he got to it, finished, cleaned up, did paperwork, and left almost three hours later. Jeff was polite, did not get angry with the house, me or himself as the pipes started to fall apart Jeff just kept on plodding along until he was finished and apologized for taking so much longer than anticipated. It was not his fault, it was the pipe's.

We had a leak coming from the drain of our bedroom shower, and that leak was dripping onto the floor downstairs. I called Jeff and he came out the next day to give an estimate. He explained what he felt was the culprit behind our problem, how he wanted to solve the problem and the individual expenses associated with the fix (labor and parts). When requested, he immediately made an appointment to do the repairs for later in the week (he offered an earlier-in-the-week solution, however, we were not in a hurry and it did not work with our schedule). When the day came (we had a late afternoon appointment), Jeff called early that morning to let me know that the job he was on was not going to be finished on time and offered to come the next day (Saturday) first thing in the morning so as to not disrupt our schedule. I have never had anyone providing repair services call me well in advance of the time they are due to show - usually people just don't show up - I was very happy for his professionalism in handling the delay and I did not mind changing the date at all. He arrived a few minutes early, took apart the offending plumbing and showed me exactly what was causing the leak. He then fixed it quickly, cleaned up after himself (he put a drop cloth down, mainly to catch any errant drops of water), even sweeping the area where he worked and we completed the transaction at my kitchen table. Overall, Jeff provided me with one of the best experiences that I have ever had in my life with a repair provider, particularly a plumbing specialist. I recommend him and would use him again (should there be a need to do so in the future).

Jeff is extremely professional, trustworthy, reliable, and did great work. His prices are reasonable too!
