great customer service. I have parrots so I was very concerned about the product used and how it would be applied. Everything was explained, our problem was black ants so David explained what their habits are (the short form), how the poison works. Also was very thorough with where he sprayed , careful about how he sprayed. It was just an all around very pleasant experience. David made us feel that all those nasty ants will be gone pronto! And we would gladly recommend his services to anyone who needed pest removal.

David with IPS was fantastic, I m so glad we used their services! David reached out to me on Friday afternoon (after my Home Advisor submission) and was able to come look at our wasp issue the next day (Saturday). He came out and helped us look at areas where the pests could come in but we couldn t locate the nest. David left us his card with cell number and said to give him a call if we saw a pattern with the wasps. 30 min later we did see a pattern and called David. He answered right away and said he could come back Monday morning which we were ok with, but he ended up coming out on Sunday morning. He was right on time on Sunday and while spraying the area where we saw the wasps congregating, David found the nests (yay!) and treated to kill the active pests and their nest. He walked us through additional steps we could take to seal up the room and keep pests out. I cannot thank him enough for being so helpful, prompt, responsive, and effective, thank you David! Also, IPS is local group and cost half the amount that I was quoted by larger, national chains. If you re looking for fast and effective service, (crucial during pest situations) at a great price, call Integrated Pest Services - I highly recommend them!
