We were very happy with Paul and his crew on the design and final project. The only issue I have is that it is 2 years later and we are still waiting for things to be completed. Trim above a door that was never installed, shelf in a cabinet that was missing, soft closing cabinet door that needed to be fixed and a granite cutting board that was promised to us. These are minor things that do not take away from the beauty of the kitchen, it is just that when the job is finished and the final payment is made, forget about hearing from them again! (We have been trying to get in touch with them since December 2019!!)

Paul has great design ideas and works with you to create the best possible kitchen within your budget. He is very upfront and honest with the pricing of your project. We are super pleased with the quality of the work. Every person on his crew really cared about our kitchen. This was evident from the cleanup during demolition through the amazing attention to detail on the finishing of the cabinetry and counter tops.

We did a complete gut job on an out dated bathroom. The project required complete re-piping replacing galvanized pipes with copper and iron drain pipes with PVC, replacement of all electrical fixtures and faucets, moved one wall by about 18 inches, installed new tub, tiled a new shower, and worked cooperatively with custom cabinet maker to install a custom built vanity. They also did some other work replacing a vestibule floor in the living room and removing an old concrete and iron deep sink in the laundry room and installing a new laundry sink. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. We love the new bathroom, the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Everyone was very professional, showed up on time, respectful of our house, and were very good to work with. All the work was performed up to code and the project was completed within the timeframe originally laid out at the start of the project. I would highly recommend Idea Home Ventures to anyone needed work done in their homes.

The overall experience was very impressive. From the initial meeting which was very informative giving the breakdown of their process, time table, assistance with decor choices to the final finished walkthrough, Paul's demeanor shined. Price point was solid and competitive with no hidden fees. He was very honest with what was possible with our space and still understood our vision of the final project. After the initial consultation, he was ready to start the project right away but was still open to our timetable. His workers were punctual, professional, working late most days. And finally, the end result... You can tell the quality of their work is second to none. The bathroom looks stunning and we can tell it will last for a very long time. Oh and also, lifetime warranty! Highly recommend.

Idea Home Ventures made my wife cry! Crying good tears she couldn't hold back- on the absolutely AMAZING job they did. Paul knows his stuff and his crew works feverishly. We agreed to a plan and the finished product was way better than we could have ever imagined! They kept our costs to a minimum by not letting us foolishly spend where we didn't need to. Paul's out of the box thought process really aided our remodel. You will be very foolish to not check Idea Home Venture out! They earned our families respect . NOTE: they were not the cheapest, nor were they nthe most expensive- very fair! Our remodel is 90% done and if at 100% they stay the course, if I had any money remaining (I don't) they will have earned a bonus! Paul and his team are the best professional I have ever worked with on a remodeling project. What I thought would be a royal pain for our family ended up a smooth transition from old to new. They did what they said they would do and provided a remodeled master bath that we are proud to show others and that definitely repays itself in the resale value of the house. A great value for the investment!!

Best remodeling project ever! We've done a few (never this extensive) and even though this project was huge, Paul and his crew made it as painless as possible. They did a top notch job of sheeting off the work area to minimize dust/dirt exposure throughout the rest of the house. Paul's price was firm and there were no surprises or additional charges. He had an aggressive schedule (6 weeks) and only went one day over. He did an excellent job of offering suggestions for ways to contain costs and still managed to give us an absolutely stunning kitchen! I am not an easy person to please, but I am so happy with the end result we will use Paul again to do our master bath (another gut job). How often do you hear that happening? I honestly can't recommend him enough!

Idea Homes Ventures have created a beautiful kitchen for us. They designed and fitted a new kitchen, opened up more space by taking down the pantry and creating an archway into the kitchen. They fitted beautiful cabinets, organised the counter tops, changed all the lighting, moved appliances to different areas of the kitchen, fitted new electrics and plumbing and tiled. It looks amazing. The team were punctual, tidy, polite and very industrious. We will definitely call upon their services again.

Idea Homes Ventures did an incredible job! They designed and installed (and reconfigured) an entirely new kitchen for us. Cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and new lighting. Everything turned out beautifully. They were wonderful to work with, and made the process as painless as possible. They were prompt, they took measures to keep the rest of our house as clean as possible, they cleaned up after themselves before leaving each day. The crew was courteous and respectful. After the job was complete, they sent a cleaning company to clean the entire main level of my home! Idea Homes Ventures exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use them again!

We had the company remodel our bathroom and do several other minor home repairs. Their performance and attitude at all times exceeded our expectations! They were professional, finished on time, even with major complications, were very neat and clean and did a number of extra things with no additional charge. They were very honest, explaining how things should be done properly and explaining how some things we wanted to do would actually be a waste of money. We found them to be totally dependable, reliable, hardworking,courteous and conscientious. We would definitely use them again if and when the opportunity arises.
