D & S Roofing

Finished in 2 days. 30 year tiles. High wind rated.

We had wind damage so they were able to fix the wind damage and repair that until the weather was good enough for them to put the roof on.

Upon short notice they came out and repaired the roof that day. I had removed a flew pipe from the roof and I did a poor repair job. I called D&S on August 20 Tuesday morning and they came out that afternoon and repaired the roof correctly.

It could not have gone any better. Dave and his team was very responsive with my telephone calls and emails. He answered all my questions in a quick and timely fashion. The work was done very well. Over a very difficult and hard winter - Dand S was there for me. His team not only did the work - but they were very punctual, helpful and did the work correctly, the first time. There was more work involved to fix my roof than was expected but Dand S came through with flying colors. They even fixed the damage the leak caused to my bathroom and did a full gut rehab on another. He is honest, trustworthy and a great provider of his services.

Dave was recommended by a friend that had had a lot of work completed on her roof. I contacted Dave through his website, and Barb responded right away. Dave made contact with me via phone and he came out to look at the roof. He was straight up with me and honest about the work that needed to be done and his price was extremely reasonable. Very easy transaction from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to have Dave and his crew come out to do work for me in the future.

I called Dand S when I noticed a shingle missing on our roof. They replaced a few for us last year and I was impressed with Mr. Bradshaw's professionalism and promptness. He came out the same day to evaluate the work to be done and returned the next day to complete the repair. He did not accept any payment for this repair since he happened to have an extra shingle already and just asked that I continue to refer him if I know of anyone who needs a roofer - which I will gladly do! I haven't had work done yet

We used Dand S when we first moved in about 6 years ago to replace a missing shingle then. The most recent wind storm took off about three more. I called on Monday, Mr. Bradshaw said he could come out to look at it the next morning since it was raining. He came out first thing the next day and assessed it from street level. He gave me a verbal quote and said they could come back that afternoon to replace them and assess the condition of the roof. Since I had recently had a different roofer out to assess the overall condition of the roof for replacement, I knew they would not find any other issues once they returned. I asked if I needed to be home for the repair, and he said no, that he could bring the invoice by the next morning for payment. When I returned that afternoon, the repair was complete. The shingles match so well that you cannot tell there was a repair from street level. Mr. Bradshaw returned the next morning with the invoice and picked up payment. I would highly recommend Dand S Roofing for roof repair.

We were way over due for a new roof. Our roof was in bad shape after layers of bad roof jobs before we got the house. Dave gave a fair estimate and he even gave us a small break on the price because the next door neighbors decided to go with D&S for their roof at the same time. Of the five estimates we got, D&S was second to the lowest. Dave and his team of 5 was well organized and efficient. My husband who was home during the time they were up working, was impressed their attention to detail and organization. There were some things wrong with the original construction of the flat part of our roof in the back that they corrected and fixed for us. We would recommend D&S Roofing for a reliable roofing job.
