Although the job did take a few weeks due to a lot of rainy days, John communicated frequently with me through the job to keep me updated on their schedule. Whenever I needed to talk with John he was typically available or would return my calls quickly. Him and his crew were professional, polite, and took care of my house/property as if it was there own. I did mark quality as a B as I did find a few areas that needed some touch up's, which I'm sure Brokar would have offered to correct for free. I elected to take care of it with leftover paint out of convenience. Aside from that, the job went great and we love the new color. We've had many of our neighbors stop by and comment on how good everything looks!

Everything went very well. The service was timely and professional, working around both my own and my wife's respective schedules. Initially, there was some confusion and disarray regarding the color choice which neither I or my wife were satisfied with. The choice in color being our own fault, the owner of Brokar was however sympathetic to our personal plight and charged us only the difference in materials to rectify the situation and satisfy our new requirements. The exterior of the home and garage were to our desires, and the attention to detail was exact. We will be using Brokar in the future for many more of our home improvement needs.
