Asked for an estimate on glass replacement for multiple windows, can't get a response when someone can come out for estimate. When calling, voice mail picks up, left multiple messages, no luck.

Wonderfully. TJ was an excellent liason and communicator about the job from start to finish. Using calls, texts, and emails we were able to figure out everything. Brian came the day the door shattered to inspect and take measurements for order. He did a superb job of installation and took care of details without being asked. Brian and Tom were right on time and made sure the areas inside and outside were spotless. Took a little longer to get date for windows to be installed, but with weather and holiday it had to be.
Description of Work: Replaced patio glass door that spontaneously shattered, replaced one kitchen window, and fixed a patio screen door.

Please read my detailed explanation under "What did the provider do?"
Description of Work: After consulting my subdivision's Facebook page, I was referred to TJ at A Touch of Glass with my questions regarding drafts, seals, condensation and mold/mildew on interior window panes. Initially, I left a voicemail message and TJ returned my call about a half hour later. I told her about the afore-mentioned window issues, and she explained in detail about properly closing a window to stop the drafts, condensation between the panes and other evidence of window failure, warranty work, etc. She thoroughly answered all my questions. My builder used Simonton-brand windows, and A Touch of Glass is one of Simonton's installers. Based on our phone call and the fact that several of my immediate neighbors have had occasion to use A Touch of Glass, I will definitely call them when the time comes to replace our windows or when we have warranty issues.

Contacted TJ at Touch of Glass, who was very personable and responsive. She explained all the options, and after I selected one, she followed up. We only had a limited time when they could replace the windows and they managed to meet that time schedule. Windows were replaced quckly and professionally. Would definitely use them again.
