Pleasant repairman. Gave an honest assessment that my 6 year old clothes dryer just might not be a good value to repair....for the cost. Was used to thinking that gas dryers should last for 15 years, but he calmly burst that bubble regarding the quality of most appliances on the market today. Glad I took his advice, instead of throwing good money at an "older" appliance. Not happy that it has to be this way, but it is what it is.

My fan in my older model freezer stopped working. They replaced it and repaired my oven at the same time for a reasonable cost. The part appeared defective bc it was making a loud strange sound and they were very quick to come back and replace the defective part, under warranty. I would definitely use them again.

The owner was wonderful. He helped me resolve the problem over the phone.

Very nice guy but could not repair our refrigerator without continuing to spend more and more money on 'what the problem could be'. He could not get the part in and we waited and waited - I ended up ordering online and received the part the next day. He came a couple of days later to install but we ended up having to buy a new refrigerator as it didn't solve the problem. Wasting too much time and throwing away too much food.

I called to schedule an appointment to evaluate my 2004 LG clothes washer that was on the blink. Nick arrived within twenty minutes. He took off the top and the back, inspected the motor, drum, and pressure switch. Determined that the main bearing had seized up and that the unit was not worth repairing. The site visit cost a flat $55. There was no "come on" to escalate replacement parts and labor costs. I felt it was a fair, honest appraisal and worth the expenditure.

He came he saw he told me what the problem was. It had actually resolved itself but he explained what was wrong.

Very knowledgeable and knows the products inside out. Does not waste customer's money and gives very good recommendations. I called this technician to fix the Whirlpool range and he did a great job. Likewise, I asked him to fix Kitchen Aid dish washer. Before he start the work he gave clear assessment and cost estimate that helped me make better decision. I would recommend him on fixing Appliances any time and any day.
