It went great!

Joe was prompt calling me back (even though I called too early in the season because of the frozen ground). He accurately assessed the cost and came out exactly on the day and time we agreed on. The area was left clean and tidy. He was kind enough to warn me about track marks in the soft water soaked ground but actaully you can hardly tell he was working in the specified spot.

Joe was very responsive when I called. He came out quickly to look at the tree, explained what he would do, and gave me a written proposal for the work. He responded very quickly whenever I called with questions or to schedule the work. When weather delayed the work, he called right away to reschedule. He arrived right on time for the appointment, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very helpful in every way. He left the area clean and tidy, with the wood stacked neatly for us and the all the branches hauled away. I'd definitely recommend him and/or hire him again for the same type of work.

Joe thoroughly explained on the phone how he removes the stumps, the type of equipment he uses and explained his quote process in a straightforward manner. He called JULIE for utility marking, arrived at the house on time and again before starting the work, explained how the equipment works and how he would remove the stump. From that point, I watched in amazement as he went to work. I will never manually dig out a stump of any size again. My first call will be to Joe! Very professional, thorough and an excellent value. I had a plum tree that split down the middle during that wicked storm that happened in July. After getting no phone callbacks from several larger tree service companies, I called up Affordable Stump Removal and talked to Joe Munson. Joe was very responsive and professional. He also kept me updated when he was running late due to a flat tire. He did a great job!

Called Suburban Stump Removal on 6/1 asking about service and estimate. Joe called me back the same day, explaining his process on removing the stumps as well as his pricing. He came out the next day to look at the work needing to be done and provided me an estimate. His estimate was extremely fair, especially knowing that renting a machine would cost me $75 - $85, then having to haul the machine to/from the rental place and doing the work myself. Joe even recommended call JULIE to make sure there where no underground buried wires (something I never even thought about doing and fortunately there where no wires). Due to extensive rain in the area, Joe wasn't able to make it out until 6/13, when he did make it out, he did great job. I would definitely use him again and I have recommend him to my neighbors.

Stump removal of stumps left undone by a previous tree removal service. From the time of my initial phone call until time stumps were removed was approximately 3 hours. Great service, very professional and very reasonable. Do not hesitate to use this company for any tree services you require. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

He did a great job. The roots on honeysuckles are deep and difficult to remove. He took the time to remove them completely.
