home builders, biohazard cleanup
+ 0 moreThe cleanup that I needed done went extremely well. The company was very professional and cleaned everything up on a daily basis. The areas that weren't affected, they kept protected so as not to expose any other areas in the house. The work that needed to be done was able to get finished in a VERY timely manner. Any questions or concerns I had were answered along the way. The head of the company took the time to sit with me so that I would understand all of the issues that I had and understand the process that was used to clean up and fix the problem areas.
Description of Work: Prairie State Environmental tested for mold, asbestos, and lead based paint due to flooding and the need for rennovation. This company completed the testing, created a plan for cleanup, and retested once the work was complete. Out of all of the companies that I received estimates from, this company was the only one that was willing to work with my schedule, time frame, and pricing. This company was extremely professional and cleaned up extremely well at the end of each day. This is the one company that actually told me everything that needed to be done within my house, without throwing any extra unnecessary costs.Due to the health concerns I was having with my children because of the mold, etc.., they were able to be rectified once everything was cleaned up. I couldn't say enough great things about this company and their professionalism!!
