Chris and Brandon were wonderful! My hot water heater went out in the am. Chris worked with my work schedule to inspect the problem. He came that night after I got home from work at 5pm and determined the water heater needed to be replaced. No surprise to me since it was 15+ years old. Chris worked a miracle and was able to get the pilot lit so I would have a warm shower in the AM. They came back the next morning and installed the heater. Very fair price and impeccable service!!

Chris is a pro. He knows what to do, and he’ll do it right the first time. He has done several plumbing jobs for us from replacing a faucet to relocate a drain in the basement (jackhammers and concrete), and a bunch in between. He always makes me feel as if my jobs are important no matter how big or small, and he works me into his busy schedule. There is no nonsense. He quotes the job and that is what you pay, barring any huge surprise when he is in the wall or floor or yard of course (and that certainly can happen in plumbing). But even then he will give you the full run down on what he expects to find. He has accommodated my crazy schedule, and his pricing is very fair and competitive. We have found our plumber!

In my 40 years on earth, I have used 4 or 5 different plumbers with unimpressive results in most cases. It all changed this past weekend when water fell from the sky, the basement flooded, and I once again had to begrudgingly hire a plumber. I found and called Ludwig Family Plumbing. Chris came a few hours later, replaced the pump with impressive skill and a super friendly attitude. I don't know if he really loved every moment of toiling away in our musty basement, but if he didn't, he sure didn't let on. It may be a premature celebration, but I think we've found the one.

It went great he started when he said he would and finish sooner then he thought. He explained everything he did and did it for a very reasonable price. He cleaned up any mess. We will be hiring him to replace our sump pump and changing the drain for the pump. Chris did a great job I highly recommend him!!!
