Description of Work: My original reason for a full yard makeover was to STOP the flooding and have a beautiful yard to enjoy! The workers that were here left their garbage on my property while the project was in progress. What was supposed to be three weeks, turned into 6 weeks because of shortage of workers. |Not only did they install a drainage system that can't handle the flooding (pictures and video were shown to them prior to the project starting), they were paid the following summer again to install a SECOND drain and I was promised I didn't have to worry anymore. |Not only does the flooding continue, now it's WORSE than before the drains were put in because a patio is now in the back instead of grass and the water builds up twice as fast........I have to use 2 submersible sump pumps on my patio to get the water out to the front of my property. |When confronted with the problem again, I was told he has yet other ideas of what can be done and he'll figure out the COST! |Overall the yard looks great, but I can't make plans to leave my house in the |Spring or stormy weather for fear the water will rise high enough to come into my home which is on a slab! They may know how to flip houses construction-wise, but they most certainly do not know how to install drainage systems for landscaping. |I had to hire another landscaper/engineer to re-evaluate the problem. They actually involved the Village this time and it's going to cost me another $4200 to undo and redo what was supposed to be done 2 years ago. |Very very disappointed with this company!

Description of Work: Removed the old kitchen linoleum tile flooring and underlayment; installed a new wood floor.

Description of Work: Made a complete remake of our main bathroom. This included removing all fixtures, flooring, walls and ceiling, removing a hall closet so that space can be incorporated into the bathroom, installing a new spa tub, ceramic tiles on the floor and around the tub, installing glass shower doors, moving the plumbing and installing a new toilet, moving the sink plumbing and installing a new sink and storage unit, and installing lighting and ventilation fixtures.
