Great company! Gave me the most reasonable price out of the companies I spoke with and Frank was very helpful in a tough situation. Arrived early for a 7 AM Sunday appointment, which really demonstrated the strong work ethic Frank has. Dawn also was quick to get me on the schedule, having understood our pressing need. Would highly recommend JRC for any generator-related repairs or maintenance. I will absolutely have JRC out in 2019 for routine generator maintenance.

Frank is personable and informs what problems must or should be attended and smaller ones that can wait I have a generac and he did a maintenance call and replaced bat. oil, etc said I cold wait a bit on starter - unit is used and 14 yrs old
