John was fast, knowledgeable, courteous and he knew what the problem was almost immediately. It was not a repair to the dryer which we thought it was but lint collecting at the screen on the vent. He was wonderful

John surprised me by arriving at 9:00am..he'd said "between 9-11" and, luckily, I was his first job of the day. He is a total professional. I am very satisfied with how quickly he assessed the problem and how reasonably he charged me to fix it. YAY! I can use my oven again! I would definitely use him again if need arose.
