Fast Response! My dryer was out of commission for less than 18 hours. He arrived when he said he would. He was kind and polite and professional. He knows his stuff and was happy to share his knowledge about how we can best continue to care for our dryer and other appliances. He was able to locate the problem quickly and had the part he needed on his truck for a quick fix. He even cleaned out the whole machine while he was in there to clear it of years of extra lint. Great service! Happy to work with him!
