Our Samsung clothes dryer stopped working, and John called back right away and came out next day during scheduled time to repair. When asked on phone for an estimate, since it was an older model, he gave us a ball park figure and even repaired it for less. John was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was in and out in less than an hour with our dryer working like new. He even vacuumed out all the lint/dust collected over 9 years on the inside. If we have any other appliance problems we will be sure to call him again. We were very pleased with his service. Thank you, John!

I hired this company to repair an icemaker that was not working, and also to troubleshoot why water was pooling on the bottom of the frig and then freezing. Turned out the icemaker was jammed, so the contractor who worked for Starke said to turn it off so it could thaw, which did the trick. But the other problem was not fixed. He said to let him know if we wanted him to get the part and come back to fix the latter problem, that if we wanted him to come back and replace the part that was causing the water accumulation he would do it at no charge for the service call. I have since called him three times and TWO TIMES gave him the model number of the frig, and each time he was to let me know when he got the part. But he never called. Very disappointed.

John came to fix my dryer. He was extremely thorough and nice explaining his work and vacuumed the inside of it. I would definitely recommend him.
