Mr Starke fixed the issue on our dryer in 5 minutes and also told me what to look for in case the problem happen again. He showed up well within the window of the said time, and was in and out. GOOD SERVICE !

John’s trip expense is half of the others I called. Gentleman came on time, did repair professionally, left the work area neat and clean..and gave me his opinion on a couple other appliances without charge or attempting to fix something that wasn’t reasonable to fix. If you need a professional that’ll give you his honest opinion...this is your guy!

The cost of repairs was prohibitive

Gave me a 2 hour window he texted me in advance and was there 25 into the window- so I didn’t have to wait. That’s awesome! John’s a super nice and honest guy. Definitely will hire him any time I need a repair done!
