+ -1 moreAfter noticing that both of the wire cables on my 2-car-sized garage door had frayed and broken strands, I called Herb's Door Service whom I found on Angie's List. After receiving estimates for cable replacement, I requested a service call. Jim arrived at the agreed-upon time. We discussed the situation of both the worn cables and the 20 year old torsion springs mounted horizontally on the header beam directly above the door. We agreed that both would be replaced. Jim spent the next hour and a half doing this work. He did so in in a very professional manner. Thanks again, Jim.

Description of Work: I have used them for about 15 years. They are very honest. They give you a full written contract with every detail of what they are going to do. They have very low pricing. I just purchased a new garage door from them and it's very quiet. They are excellent.
