My freezer stopped making ice, and I requested a service call from Guaranteed. Mike was very responsive and professional in trying to diagnose the issue. His first attempt worked for about a week, and then the ice maker went on the fritz again. Mike came back out, called the manufacturer, made a few tweaks, and I'm happy to report the ice maker is kicking out full loads of ice. I would certainly call them again should any of my appliances develop issues.

It was an expensive repair due to having to special order the replacement handle. They tried finding me a handle from a used microwave but none of them fit and we were forced to go the special order route. The labor portion of the charge was very reasonable. It took about a week for the handle to come in and he was able to install it in short order. No problems at all.

There was no problem getting onto their schedule, with a broken dryer I was concerned that I get it repaired quickly! Mike was prompt, knowledgeable and polite. I had used them a few years ago and was pleased but read the past reviews and considered not using them but I am glad that I went with them.

I used this company for a washing machine I was having problems with. They were on time and fixed the washer. When I went to use it, I started a load and began to do other things around the house. I went to the garage and my laundry room was floodiing and the water was going throug the vents into the basement. I called Friday morning and they told me they could get there on monday afternoon, No matter how much I pleaded they would not come right away. When he arrived he had it fixed in about ten minutes and said that he forgot to hook up a hose in the machine. When I showed him the damage and explained I had to have a heating and air company come and make sure there was no damage to the furnace, due to about 80 gallons of water going into it, he said no problem. He said that they had insurance and it was no problem. Two days later when I turned in the receipts for the damage he would not return my calls. After ten calls I finally got him on the phone and he said he was not going to pay me. He asked me if I have ever made a mistake, I said yes and that I pay for my mistakes and he replied I dont. DO NOT USE THIS LOOSER!!!!!!! You will be sorry. I have to take legal action to get my money back.

There were some parts that were broken, and they fixed it. They were very good and did a good job. However, I think their labor charge was a bit high considering the fact that they were here for only 20 minutes.
