There were some things that were cleaned that I was thrilled with (the ceiling fan blades, range hood, tile floors, etc...) and a few things that I was disappointed because it seemed like they were missed (sliding door wasn't cleaned, not consistent with things that were dusted etc...). I contacted the owner, Karen, after the house was cleaned to ask about those things. She was very apologetic and offered to send someone else if I'd be willing to try again. I will give them another shot because the things that were done were done really well. ------ 7/12/2012 I had contacted the owner to schedule a 2nd cleaning and heard nothing back. No one showed up and she didn't return my phone call. WIll not use this service again.

Complete cleaning perfect every time.

They were very good. I only had them out once. We are going through a veterans assistance program where they help pay for the provider. I would recommend them to others but we didn’t have enough experience to see if they were consistent.

Lisa was fantastic. Everything ended up better than we expected. She arrived on time at 8 am and finished up around 1pm. This company brings their own supplies. All you need is paper towels and a vacuum cleaner.

Our contractor, Nicole, called the night before she was expected to arrive to see if she could come earlier than 9 am as scheduled. We agreed on 8am and she was on time and came with her own supplies. All we had to provide was a vacuum cleaner and a roll of paper towels. The cleaning took about 4.5 hours. She got to everything and it was an average job. There was still some pet hair on our couches, the banister wasn't cleaned and there were still some areas of dirt we could find. Let me be clear that we did not expect perfection since we are not regular customers and she had only 4 hours to clean everything by herself. We were told by Karen (manager) that if we used their services more regularly - they could spend more time on details since the basic deep cleaning would be a little less labor intensive each time. Bottom line: for $70 - 90 they are flexible, bring their own supplies, are easy to work with and punctual. They job completed was average. A better job than I am willing to do on my own house - but not in the class of the top providers. They offer weekly, biweekly, monthly and one time cleanings. Prices were excellent and I would certainly use again.
