Not recommended. Given many "promises" of quotes, guy never came out to survery the property. He would have known in ADVANCE if there was an issue cutting my lawn. I should have known better.....but...I signed a contract and the first lawn date was supposed to be Wed. No show. Never even contacted me. Emailed him, he promised Thursday. No show. I contacted him AGAIN and he acted surprise that it was not done. PROMISED Friday. Guess what, Friday, nothing done. I emailed him & he stated my lawn did not need cutting AND his trailer can't fit down the road per his foreman. He was not even going to call me or email me that he could not do it??? The man never even looked at the property! Are you kidding me???!! I live in Lake in the HILLS. There are tiny roads and hills. He should have looked at the job before giving me the contract to sign. So, not recommended for old LITH. Completely unprofessional. I had warned him that it was an unusual property and he should have looked at it before wasting my time.
