+ -1 moreThe work was done by Lin and his son-in-law and a few other guys. Always done quickly and efficiently. Lin is professional and very knowledgeable about Chicago flat roof buildings. I've recommended hime to two other friends, once with a 2 flat and the other in an adjacent condo building and all seemed to be happy with their work.
Description of Work: Between the 2 condo buildings I've lived in we've used A competitive 3 times. Once they repaired a leak by resealing the building parapet. They resilvered a flat roof and retuckpointed and shortened the chimney and put a new cap on.
