Palmer Plumbing has become our plumber of choice. After experiencing high prices, poor quality work and limited knowledge plumbers, we retained Palmer Plumbing based on a referral. Truly a family owned business treating customers as family. Palmer Plumbing provided a written free estimate based on an on-site inspection of the work. The hourly rate was extremely competitive with other plumbing companies. We were installing countertops and decided to use Palmer Plumbing to reconfigure piping and reconnect piping for two sinks. They squeezed us onto their tight schedule, were punctual, exhibited no nonsense working demeanor, protected the wood floors, respectful and left a clean environment. I have hired Palmer Plumbing for a variety of services from cleaning out downspouts to installing sinks and fixtures to a $20K project to help waterproof our basement. Brett is a great guy, always willing to offer multiple options and his employees are always very courteous.

Brett Palmer and Larry, his assistant, worked for an hour and let me watch the screen as they used a camera through my entire sewer line. The camera showed no breaks or potential issues. Brett said that it looked like my sewer was only a year old. He explained that sometimes plumbers aren't familiar with North Shore sewer lines. They are used to seeing plastic so they are not familiar with how our sewer lines are supposed to look with time. It was nice to form a relationship with such a professional, ethical, detail-oriented company. There is peace in being in good hands.
