"Thank you for the great review, it's all about treating people the [Member Information Removed] you would want to be treated, doing what you say you're going to do and be PROMPT."
"Thank you for the glowing review and I'm glad you're enjoying the new updated bright basement."
"I'm so glad you're happy with the remodel the place is like night & day."
"Great people to work and even paid before I asked. She also put together a thank you nice care package for us. This is why I do what I do."
"This customer & project was like working for my parents."
"Fantastic people to work for and truly appreciated the quality of work preformed. They even had coffee & bagels for us :)"
"Such a nice experience working for great customers who know exactly what the want from a space. Even a few ideas I questioned turned out fantastic."
"SUPER people to work for and I'm extremely pleased they love the final outcome. Master bathroom we also incorporated a heated shower seat with a heated shower floor & general floor. But I'm really happy the way we converted a seldom used neglected 3 season sunroom to a fully functioning living space."
"Customer talks almost as much as I do :) Over the polar vortex of January 2019 two days of -25 we completed their entire first floor flooring being new red oak and porcelain tile and complete painting by my painter Mario with Mars Painting [Information Removed]"
"What a great couple to work for and looking forward to doing the first floor bathroom in spring."
"Great couple really enjoyed working for them even though she was a internet research-aholic :) This is why I dislike the internet, opinion reviews on things that really aren't an issue like an existing tub drum trap that was working for 50 years and have been used for 100's, you get one person that had a problem and they become an expert. End of day things worked out and the bathrooms came out looking fantastic."
"What a great couple to work for and looking forward to doing the basement late summer."
"Currently in the process of putting together a basement quote for them. UPDATE; They loved the quote and we are doing the basement in October."
"Sorry but I have no record of you calling, please call me back at my office 847-535-9779. I checked my call log book back to January and have nothing even close to your name or number supplied here. So far this year I'm at 90% on returning calls. This being exacerbated from cell calls with messages that are hard to understand and sometimes disconnected because of what sounds like calling handsfree or lots of background noise. I agree it's no way to handle a potential new customer, my apologies Tom Suggestion to all customers & I do this myself, if a email address is available send one with the follow up call."
"SERIOUSLY do you really think I would answer my phone in such a rude manor? Plus I was in the office all day doing end of month paperwork and didn't receive a single call. Customer sent a follow up email stating the above and I apologized and told him the same thing, received no calls all day plus reviewed my caller ID and nothing showed. The response I got back was "I'm a West Point graduate and we don't lie" just a thought maybe your call was misdirected?"
"Real nice couple to work for and both projects came out better than expected. Looking forward to the kitchen project soon."
"Great DIY customer who knows his limits :) really enjoyed working for him and look forward to future projects."
"Really enjoyed working customer she even bought unflavored coffee for us :) Thank you look forward to the next home project."
"This was one of those project I had [Member Information Removed] bad gut feeling from the start and at the end of the day my gut was correct. I told him day one that "Unfortunately I don't think I'm the contractor for your project" because of his rushed completion time frame and wanting me to meet with him and his other contractors to bid the project which I stated "I don't do group meetings" so he then GAVE me [Member Information Removed] rushed half hour to view with [Member Information Removed] "make sure your on time" email for not simple basic remodel as stated. Yes it was one basic bathroom plus [Member Information Removed] MAJOR master bathroom reconfiguration & renovation [Member Information Removed]/no real plans, as for the smaller items lighting throughout, wall removal & installation, switch relocation, plus floor finishing & trim work all items requiring more than [Member Information Removed] rushed 30 minute visit can accommodate. As for communication I'm working in the field during the day not sitting at [Member Information Removed] desk check voicemail & emails every 5 minutes. I did first tell him I would try not promise to get him the proposal that week and yes it was dragging because of the rushed walk through and like I said "I was having [Member Information Removed] tough time putting together accurate numbers as not to take advantage of you or screwing myself". Best of luck on your closing and renovation project."
"I received your one message but couldn't understand a word and that includes your phone number and no caller id showed."
"Great people to work for, and have to say it did turn out better than expected."
"Great easy customer to work for and look forward to future projects. Thank you"
"Call was returned on 9/6 3:40pm and a message was left at the [Member Information Removed] number provided. Sorry don't know what happened but feel free to reach out to me again, Tom"
