Yes, I worked with Mastercraft and the person in charge of the sales in was great knowledgeable. I would recommend her to everyone. The installer was perfect even though my cabinets were not in the best shape. He was able to install the granite countertops and they look amazing sales person walked us through every step of the way, she was a great help to us in our project

Denise was very responsive and took on our small job. Alexâ s workmanship was outstanding. We had granite countertops with many small chips on the edges. Alex recommended we not try to fill them in as originally recommended, and instead he created a beveled edge and then he sealed the countertops. It looked absolutely amazing - his work was perfect and now the counters look new. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because we felt it was a bit pricey. $500 for a few hours work seemed like a lot but Iâ ve never had work done on the countertops before.

Everything was done well and professionally

We reached out for bids and Denise was the first to contact us. Had a quote the next day and we signed a contract the next day. The other two companies hadnâ t contacted us by the time we had a contract. Excellent service. Experienced and knew what we needed and took care of us. Happy to recommend Denise and her company.

Very prompt, professional reply to my inquiry and service preformed week in which we agreed to move forward. I would both recommend and certainly use again if need arises.

Although MasterCraft is a little more expensive that other installers, the quality and service was very good. I would recommend them to anyone.

Denise was a pleasure to work with and it was great to know she had my best interests in mind. She did fight for the stone we chose from the supplier as it looked like we may lose it. I would recommend her as she and her install crew are true professionals. They measured, cut and installed my stone perfectly.

Alex the installer was great and did a fantastic job. However the office told me this was a really big and difficult repair job and that's why their quote was so expensive, i think it was my zipcode. They where done in less than 90 minutes, The effort didn't seem to match the quote. But I am happy with the results.

Denise was a pleasure to work with. She was the first to contact me, we set an appointment and within a week we had an appointment to shop for the granite. After my husband and I found the granite that we LOVED, Denise assured us that she could have it installed before Christmas. Denise arranged for her crew to come out and re-measure for the cuts. Our beautiful granite countertops were installed within 3-weeks, just in time for Christmas. The crew was great , very clean and professional.
