I could have had another room done included in the minimum price however I didn't need to , and that was fine. The young man, and quot;Nickand quot; was on time,very polite, thorough and professional. I was pleased with the service and received the free bottle of spot remover which I have since used and it works well. I'll feel confident to call them again for any future carpet cleaning.

Awesome as always, Magic Carpet did a wonderful job. They were extremely responsive to our emergency. They were very professional and friendly. They handled the problem beautifully. They told us exactly what to do to minimize the damage until they arrived.

They spot treated and removed stains and soil from problem areas that I was concerned about. The furniture had spots that came right out with their solutions. After they had cleaned the light colored fabric they treated the fabric with a guard type protector ( A Scotch Guard type product) They were well dressed and very professional. They protected our home and possessions and performed an excellent service. We are very pleased with the service. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I had originally contacted Magic Carpet Pride for my mom's senior living apartment. He was literally a few minutes from my mom's apartment. She was very pleased with the work and with Warren's professionalism, so my wife and I used Warren for our townhome. Warren did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the results. Warren is a pro and is very straightforward about pricing; what he can and can't do; what you can expect, etc. Best of all, the carpets were dry much faster than with previous cleaners. Of all cleaners we've used in recent years, our experience with Magic Carpet Pride was about the best.

My mom, who is 93 and lives in an independent senior living facility, wanted her carpets and two sofas cleaned. She had not had good experiences with two prior carpet cleaning companies. After doing research on Angie's List, I found Magic Carpet Pride who was literally three blocks from my mom's apartment. Although MCP had few reports, I decided to give them a chance. I called proprietor, Warren Wallace, and asked him some questions. It was important for me to know that my mom would be in good hands, as I would not be there to supervise. I felt comfortable enough to give Warren a shot, and told him if he did good by my mom, I'd have him do my carpets. Bottom Line: My mom - not easy to please and hard of hearing - was very happy with Warren's work and felt he was very professional and understanding. We felt good giving the business to an area vendor.

Very satisfactory. He was on time, quick and efficient. He was also cheerful which is nice. He was very accommodating when I wanted him to do something extra.

Warren came the evening we called him at 8pm. He dried the carpet and put fans in our basement that were quiet and effective. The next day or so later, he cleaned the carpet and did a great job!! Wonderful in a pinch. High quality work.
