Description of Work: They redid a tile job in a bathroom that a previous company had done a poor job on. Remodelled two bathrooms. Completely remodeled a kitchen. I supplied design and materials separately. Partially remodelled a half bath. Stripped wall paper and repainted a bedroom. Added a large closet (20'x8') to a bedroom with lighting by adding a wall with two pocket doors.

Description of Work: Not only did Benchmark Homes build our Elmhurst Il. home back in 1999 but now whenever we need a project done we always call the owner Robert Lisk and he handles it from top to bottom for us. We've hired him to contract our shower tile work and most recently had hard wood floors repaired and installed. He genuinely builds homes and then years later assists in maintaining them!!!! I will always use Benchmark Homes.

Description of Work: Bench Mark Homes in Lake Forest Il. built our home originally 12 years ago.........and we were so completely satisfied that we now use them for all updating projects when needed. One month ago our shower tile needed some work so we contacted the owner (robert Lisk) who had originally contracted the home for us and he gave us a great price in changing tile in our master bath shower. He is so easy to communicate with.........and completely trustworthy. My husband and I give him an A -plus!!!!!!!! We recommend highly......for small projects to large projects!!!!!!! Thanks Bench Mark Homes!!!

+ 1 moreWe met with several contractors and chose Benchmark because we felt we could trust Robert and he had great ideas. Their price was not the cheapest but we felt confident we would not be up-charged every time we turned around and we were not. The workmen were on time, polite, clean, and completed the work in the allotted time. Robert ran everything smoothly and was always easy to reach. We never felt pressured for payments and we were thrilled with the outcome.
Description of Work: Robert helped with design and remodeled our master bedroom and bath. We added the closet to our small bath to create a nice new bath and relocated the closet to an unused sitting area. We also had them add to and remodel our hall bath and powder room. Great job and very professional!!!! No surprise additional prices as we have had in the past, it was a great experience!
