+ -1 moreTHEY DID A FINE JOB, AND I FELT THAT THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. I THEN STARTED WORKING WITH THEM ON REMODELING MY KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM. I GAVE THEM MY BUDGET, AND THEY SAID THEY COULD STAY WITHIN THAT BUDGET AS LONG AS I SELECTED PRODUCTS WITHIN THAT BUDGET. I MADE SOME CHANGES TO THE PLAN (ADDED A FEW THINGS,) AND THEY SAID THAT I WAS STILL WITHIN BUDGET. THREE MONTHS LATER, THEY SAID THAT I WAS OVER $30,000 OVER THE TOP END OF MY INITIAL BUDGET! I HAD ALREADY PAID THEM $2,500 FOR A DESIGN FEE WHICH WAS NON REFUNDABLE. I DECIDED THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND ALL THE EXTRA MONEY THAT THEY QUOTED AND JUST ACCEPTED THE DESIGN. HOWEVER, THE DESIGN HAD LOTS OF MIS-MEASUREMENTS AND MISTAKES AND, IN THE END, NEEDED TO BE REDONE. THEY PRETTY MUCH WASTED MY TIME FOR 3 MONTHS, AND ALL I GOT OUT OF IT WAS BAD DESIGNS.
Description of Work: THEY REMODELED A BATHROOM FOR ME AND WORKED ON SOME DESIGNS.
