+ -1 moreThe owner formerly worked for and knows Invisible Fence Brand so I didn't have to call Invisible Fence Brand all the way in Lisle for service. Pet Stop of Northern IL services all brands of invisible fencing including Invisible Fence Brand and Pet Stop which is really a great thing because Invisible Fence Brand has NO customer service in Lake County Illinois. You have to call Lisle and they charge a significant service charge to come to your home.The owner got my problem fixed and loaned me a new board. I returned my board and got a replacement. I called the owner 3 times to set up an appointment so that he could exchange the boards and get his board back and put in a surge protector, but had absolutely no luck in setting up a follow-up appointment. I think that 3 phone calls on my part to schedule an appointment was my best effort.If you need work on Invisible Fence Brand you might want to give him a try, but he is difficult to contact.
Description of Work: I needed a new board for my Invisible Fence Brand fence because of an electrical problem that occured in the neighborhood (power surge).

Description of Work: If you need to install a new invisible pet fence or you need an invisible pet fence repair give David a call. The invisible pet fence product he sells is called Pet Stop and it is a very good brand, but he can service any invisible fence including Invisible Fence Brand. He worked for Invisible Fence Brand for years and knows their product as well. David is honest and reasonable. He can track down your problem. He does not give you a lot of upsell. He helped me diagonse the problem with my Invisible Fence Brand and even knew the part was warrantied. He told me exactly what to do.
