+ -1 moreNorthern Electric installed heated wires on our roof. One failed after a year. In Feb 2022, they started to remove it but wouldn’t compete removal because there was still ice in the downspouts. It is now July 2022. I have reached out multiple times to Mike about having the wire removed with no success and now no response. The wire still hangs off of our roof in two parts :(

+ -1 moreIn the process of cleaning come ceiling lights, I noticed scorch marks on the light bulbs and decided to have someone look at the fixtures to make sure they were safe. I wanted to use someone local and established and I had heard the Angie's list commercials, so I logged on and joined because the price of joining was so reasonable. It was very easy to find the company and I liked the comment that they included that said the owner of the company was a fireman. My call was returned in about an hour and Brian was at my house within another hour. Wow! Here I was thinking it would take some time to arrange everything, but it was great that it turned out to be so easy! Brian put down tarps and was very professional. It only took him a little over an hour to finish. And, a few days later, my Mother needed a fixture looked at and again, Brian was prompt and reassured her and fixed the problem.
Description of Work: Remove old ceiling lights and install new ones. Repair switch on table lamp.

Description of Work: great job, handked permiting and planning very well all the way through to cleaning up all work areas. they are very sensitive to the customers needs, used drop cloth's, and respectfull of the fact that they were working in my home. great job guys and ask for mike the owner, a stand up guy with thirty years as a volenteer fire man.
