The project manager was on top of the job and was available for any questions or concerns I had. Based on this experience I would recommend Lynch Construction.
Description of Work: Lynch Construction did an excellent job of resolving several serious issues with my 100-yr old home. Corrections were made to the foundation, drainage and a support beam.

 + -1 moreCrews were punctual, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Work was top notch, all my questions were answered in a courteous pleasant manner. The off-centered powder room light and sink were corrected immediately. I will hire them again.
Description of Work: Kitchen, powder room and laundry room remodel. Remodel included complete removal of lower kitchen cabinets, powder room sink and toilet and installation of ceramic tile flooring. Replacing kitchen cabinets and installing dishwasher, granite counter tops, and over/stove microwave, plus installing 5 doors, new sink, toilet and wall cabinet in powder room and painting doors and walls.

 + -1 moreWe found Lynch to be honest and compared to the other handyman services that we consulted, to be very knowledgable. Our shower was leaking and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it without making up other problems and without tearing the entire bathroom apart as other felt that they needed to do. Because they have such depth of knowledge, they don't need to create extra work by lying about what is really wrong so you can trust what they have to say.
Description of Work: Fixed shower that was leaking/Other providers had provided estimates that included tearing bathroom apart and completely redoing shower in order to fix leak. Lynch came in and fixed quickly and easily without creating extra work for themselves. They can be trusted to just the work that needs to be done and nothing more.

 + -1 moreLynch Service scheduled and performed the work well; they cleaned-up and were sure that everything worked well (different than our prior handyman service from an Angie Great Deal). The only issue recenlty has been in responsiveness to phone calls to schedule additional household maintenance and repair items.
Description of Work: Home maintenance services via Lynch Service, a group within Lynch Construction. Lynch Service provided various fixes around the house, most specifically installed ceiling light fixture onto existing ceiling fan.

Description of Work: Lynch Construction fixed work that I had already paid another contractor to do..(KAS Recreations). Not only did they fix the problem, they made the work look better than I would have imagined. I wish I would have used them from the start of my remodel...It's the old saying.."You get what you paid for".

 + -1 moreProfessional, prompt, courteous, and excellent finished work. I had Lynch come out and a fix a problem and finish uncompleted work from another contractor that I had hired. Not only did Lynch do everything they said they would; the finished work exceeded my expectations
Description of Work: Complete the finish wood work that was neglected from another contractor. I had requested a wood trim around the front door to match the door. The other contractor wrapped the frame in aluminum and left a large gap between the stone and the wood and would not come back and complete the project . Lynch suggested a solution and I accepted the idea/concept.
