Description of Work: My hot water tank was not producing hot water and Carl fixed the reset button, cleaned the bottom screen and did an overall check of the functions. Great, professional job !! The plumbing service called the next day to check on the service which is much appreciated. Carl also documented on the bill the part number in case the problem persists and we have to order the part !

Description of Work: They had given me a window of 12- 2PM, around 1:45 they called and said the original plumber scheduled was running late but they had another they could send over immediately. He arrived in about five minutes and was professional in his approach to my problem and recommended solutions.
