Description of Work: Toilet flapper broke. A very minor repair, but replacement part did not fit properly. Service person was on site within an hour, fixed the toilet perfectly in ten minutes and was on his way. Impressed with the responsiveness.

 + -1 moreThey are timely in their work, but have not been helpful in getting our home ready for sale. The sink is ruined, and cannot be repaired. I spoke with the owner who assured me that they would fix it, but their solution was not satisfactory.
Description of Work: They installed a new toilet that still has a steady leak. I had second toilet installed that rocks back and forth. They also installed a sink that was not even, so it is pitched improperly, despite the floor being plumb.

 + -1 moreMy water heater had broken down on a Friday, so I called them to send someone out to look at it for me first. When they came to the house, they saw what the problem was and decided to replace it. Because it was Friday and I did not want to pay overtime we decide they would come back. They had to wait to get the heaters form the dealer. They were very thorough with everything. Even getting the two heaters installed, they were great. I have a friend that uses them as well. The price was fair. This was a major installation. They were here all day and they worked all day too. I am very happy with them. He was a very knowledgeable and friendly man.
Description of Work: I actually had two new 50 gallon hot water heaters installed by H T Strenger Plumbing Company.

 + -1 moreIt took almost the entire day to replace the various valves/parts in the leaking tank, another day to fix the 2 sinks. Now one of the sinks has air bubbles so that when we turn on the faucet, we get an explosive gushing of H2O. The entire leaking joint on the auto sprinkly system was replaced with a copper back up system. Afterwards, I was told that I should get a sprinkler guy to come out to fix the other part. One of the copper pipes burst open during one winter morning because we were not told to shut off the water during the winter as we have never used the sprinkler system since we moved into the house. Of course, a technician came out to take a look at the bursted pipe & it cost us another $160 on a Saturday. It also turned out that we needed a permit to fix the sprinkler system which the company did not obtain. I told them that I would not pay for the permit and they agreed. On the whole, I would not use them again. Finally, the work was only guaranteed for 30 days.
Description of Work: 1 toilet tank with an inner leaking valve, 1 sink with dripping faucet, 1 sink faucet with H2O came out on sides only and a leaking joint on the main H2O supply/back up for our automatic sprinkler system. I had asked the technician who came out if they take care of sprinkler systems and I was told yes.
