Description of Work: I would highly recommend Consumer Concepts USA. Lori is an expert at what she does. She gives you options and recommendations and is a great communicator. She is very patient and fully explains what she is going to do and why it needs to be done.

+ -1 moreI bought a new printer for my computer and was having trouble setting it up as a wireless printer. I called Lori because her company was listed on Angies's list and was close to me. She came over and looked at what I had set up, fixed it, told me what she did and had it running in a flash. I highly recommend her!
Description of Work: Lori helped me set up a new printer. She was terrific! She had it up and running in no time!

Description of Work: Our frustration with Windows 8 reached the point where we had to get help! Lori from Computer Concepts USA spent a couple of hours with us last night. We're a generation older than Lori, but she listened to us and asked us questions to determine what it was that was keeping us from using the computer comfortably. She tweaked a few things on the system and provided us with some strategies that made the new system look more like Windows XP. She found and organized the files we'd lost.

+ -1 moreUpon reaching out I received a call within 1 hour, on the weekend! Despite some delays during their day, the staff at Computer Concepts was VERY communicative and I never felt left in the dark on ETAs, etc. Lori and Bill from computer concepts came out the following week and were extremely helpful. They not only have my iMac up and running, I received advice and help with my wireless printing, Apple TV, and other technology they asked about. They definitely leveraged the entire time they worked with us to help us with our iMac and MORE. We have future upgrades to our home environment planned, and will definitely reach out to CC for our needs!
Description of Work: Our iMac was acting up with pop-ups, not backing up, and generally misbehaving. Computer Concepts came to our home and helped get our issues fixed up, and our whole environment running smoothly.
