I had a full house window replacement and sliding door replacement. They were very straight forward about the whole process. The cost was great and the installers were prompt and did awesome work. We had a few rotted pieces of wood on the house and they replaced that right away. Awesome work and company.

From the estimate to the installation everything went smoothly. They completed my whole house in 1 day with 22 windows and 1 sliding door. They cleaned up any mess they made and hauled away my old windows. I've always received a response with any issues and the windows are a much needed improvement over the old ones. The screens are not that easy to remove and replace.

My experience with the Chicago window guys was nothing short of amazing every step of the way from my initial quote to scheduling of installation and through to project completion! We had been in the market for new windows on the back of our house for some time but just had not made a decision due to the number of windows, the cost and indecisiveness in design. When a Rogue Golf Ball shattered one of our windows we were forced to make a decision. We contacted The Chicago Window Guys after seeing the spectacular work they did for my Neighbours home. I was connected with Mark who present us with a lot of options but made it very easy to make a decision with out being overwhelmed. The area of our house which we had re-windowed was very odd as it was 2 stories of 10 sliding glass doors in the 4 season room (5 on top and 5 on the bottom) installed by the original owner. Mark presented us with some great options. Once we came to a decision the work was scheduled and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Mark was always available to answer questions, the gentleman that measured the windows was on time, speedy and had a great customer service persona. The guys installing were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have more windows to replace and will be calling Chicago Window guys when that time comes. We also decided to have them do some of my other doors and will use them for many other projects in the future. I even told all my neighbours how good the work was. Several neighbours have since had them do work on their home as well. Besides the windows which we love we also had a back door replaced. Our 4 season room is no longer cold and drafty in the winter and we are so happy for the work. We have held several family functions in this room including a large Thanksgiving and Christmas gathering – which we would have never been able to do previously. Thank you Chicago Window Guys!

Recently had a cold draft coming in through the door that was installed in may of 2023, Because of the frigid weather we have been having we were unaware. I called the window guys and they came and fixed the problem. They honored their warranty of parts and labor. I will continue to tell my friends and family its a Company you can trust.

We had to replace 3 windows and a huge patio door. The replacements were smooth and we love how easy they are to open/close. Chicago Window Guys were fantastic. We had seven windows replaced. From the moment the owner (Russ) stopped out to give me an estimate to completion, I was very impressed with the process. The options and prices were very reasonable and the windows include a lifetime, transferrable warranty! The installers worked so hard to remove and install the new double hung windows on my stucco sided home. The windows look great and we will definitely use Chicago Window Guys next year to do the upstairs windows at our home.

We previously used The Chicago Window Guys to install our front window and were pleased with the results. We called them back and recently had our front door replaced and “Loved” the outcome. I love my new windows! My gas bill has been so much lower this winter because of my new windows. The service was excellent and the installers were very professional. I was not happy with the way the grids lined up and they took care of the issue without any problems. Very professional!

Chicago Window Guys provided me with 8 replacement windows in my condo unit. The windows were fitted very well, and they were able to remove my old windows and install my new windows in a very timely manner. In addition, they were able to replace windows on the fourth floor of my building, while many other companies I contacted were not willing or able to do so! The warranty they provide with their windows also provides great peace of mind.

Russ and the team at Chicago Window Guys exceeded all my expectations. An excellent experience from beginning to end. Hassle free price negotiation, and highly flexible on how many windows you undertake at a time. I split the project into three batches, with the first batch our rear patio door and two windows most in need of replacement. Six months later i was calling again, and replaced the entire upper floor of the house. 9 months later I finished the project and completed all lower floor windows. During this whole time span there was no surprises on cost and each job was done to a high degree of skill and cleanliness. Zero damage to the interior decoration and they also replaced all exterior trim carefully and added a new coat of paint. Each project was a different crew, but the quality and professionalism was the same. Before each day the walked the property with to me to explain what they would and would not be doing and checked it met my expectations. Very happy customer - thanks Chicago Window Guys!

Russell gave us an estimate on the windows and glass door that needed replacing. The final cost was exactly as he estimated. We were given a date about 4 months later for the installation. When it got closer to the date, we got a call that they had a opening earlier than expected, so the installers were here about 10 days earlier than originally thought. It was a 2-day install which they told us when they arrived. They were very patient and answered all our questions, cleaned up nicely and were very professional.

The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. Will use this company again to get the rest of my windows done.

We love working with Chicago window guys- the owner is very easy to talk to and straight forward. The price that is presented is a fair price and it is the price from the start, there is none of the sales tactics, like the “sales” or “discounts” that other companies try to sell you on. The wait time for window production is reasonable and the installation is efficient. The first time we had windows replaced there was a miscommunication but the installers fixed it on the spot, no problems. The owner also allows you to buy and replace windows at your own pace, which is very accommodating since windows are expensive. Plus the windows look great! We will continue to use them in the future!

I had a great experience with Chicago Window Guys. From their first visit to my home to the installation, everything happened as I was told it would. Their pricing was more advantageous than other contractors who visited my home, their installer cleaned up after himself and was careful to not to leave any mess behind. I am a Real Estate Broker and was formerly the President of 2 condo Associations so I have had extensive experience with window replacement contractors. I have recommended Chicago Window Guys to several clients and will continue to use them when the time comes to replace the rest of the windows in my home.

Nice widows, terrible customer service. I ordered windows on Aug 23, 2021. I was verbally told that they would be 8-10 weeks multiple times, but then was handed a contract that indicated 12 weeks for delivery, on Nov 15. The 12 weeks passed and I heard nothing from the company. One phone call or message saying "supply chain issues, staffing issues, pandemic issues, etc.," I would be understanding and I would have no complaint. Instead, crickets. The installation crew finally arrives on Dec 6 (15 weeks). I'm told that the 14 windows on my single-story house will take two full days to complete. I also ordered new doors and I am informed that the company has thrown in new storm doors free of charge. A semi-hollow gesture as only one storm door fits, the other being too small. I then find out that my dining room picture window was poorly made as it is 4 inches to small. The crew completes what it can and I hand the crew boss a check covering 80% of my outstanding balance (50% of the cost was paid at contract signing) on Dec 7. On Dec 20 I am contacted by the owner who's only question is where's his money. Informing him that 80% of what was owed was given to the crew boss as the job is incomplete, it still takes the company 24 hours to sort out their issues, with their accountant emailing me the next day to blame the crew boss for the misplaced check (crew boss swears he turned it in on Dec 8), and that they were going to invoice me for the remaining amount shortly, obviously clueless as to the status of my project. No invoice was sent, but the remaining window still took until Feb 1, 2022 to be installed, 23 weeks after I wrote my first check. When the installation crew arrived, they still did not have the missing storm door (crew boss had to run to the store to buy one) and a screen that was ripped during the Dec installation was not replaced. So now, On March 1, 2022, seven full months after my first phone call and $20,000 spent, the job remains incomplete.
