They've put in a new furnace, water heater, AC, etc. They are very reliable, but not inexpensive. Everything they do is quality and they only work with quality people. I had a problem with the air compressor on our AC right after the warranty had expired. Cahill said that they work with that company all the time and that part shouldn't have gone out that quick. They said they would talk to the company and see that it is made right, and they did.

The workers from Cahill are timely and they do good work. They try to work with the pricing. They are very accommodating and honest. They only do what is necessary. I have no complaints about them, they are great.

They may be priced a little high, but they do great work. I will check prices for future reference if I have any bigger jobs done. For regular plumbing jobs, I would definitely hire again.

They did not come out on time; they were a day later. Once they did get out here to do the work, they were pleasant and fine to work with. The job they did was good. They were also good at returning phone calls.

Cahill installed my new furnaces in a professional manner and the units work very well. The annual service is thorough and complete. I am confident that the units are well maintained and not just given a cursory service. Installation of the ducts was done quickly and professionally and their advice helped me make the right decisions. They showed up to perform the work at the agreed time and completed the work efficiently. I didn't have to allocate a block of hours during which they might show up -- as with most service companies. I'm very pleased with this company.

I liked this company because they fixed a long standing problem that I had with mold and mildew. They were on time, very courteous, and polite. The technicians even cleaned up more than what they messed up when they were done.

I am very happy with Cahill. They were very good when they came out. They were also very professional, too. I actually called them to come out and look at my hot water heater, but they referred me to another company to handle it for me. They were very helpful with that. I thought their pricing was very fair and I have no complaints or issues with them really at all. They are a great company.

THE SERVICEMAN, JOE WAS RIGHT ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN ABOUT 45 MINUTES. THE PRICING STRUCTURE I DO NOT KNOW IF THEY ARE HIGH, LOW, OR RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME DESPITE THE FACT THAT I WASN'T THERE AND CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THAT MY TENANT WOULD BE LETTING THEM IN. GREAT TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY.

WE CALLED TO HAVE THE BOILER FIXED AND HE DID MUCH MORE. HE IS A VERY INTELLIGENT MAN. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 8:30 AM AND HE ARRIVED AT 8:20 AM INSTEAD OF GIVING A TIME RANGE. HE CAME TO FIX THE BOILER AND ENDED UP HAVING THE WHOLE HOUSE TOO.

WE USE THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS AND I LIKE THAT THEY ARE A LOCAL COMPANY. THEY HAVE ALWAYS RETURNED CALLS THE SAME DAY AND THEY HAVE BEEN PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.
