Arborsmith Ltd., has just recently joined Angie's List, and was unaware of this review from 2002. Arborsmith services the North Shore of Chicago, and has never serviced the Los Angeles area, however we can certainly understand the claimant's frustration. Arborsmith, Ltd., has a very strong client retention and pride ourselves in taking care of our clients. We are very responsive to out clients, and consider customer service to be our utmost priority.
