Not well. The things that he completed were the duct cleaning and installing the hood over the oven with an outlet through the garage to the outside. The things he messed up: 1. He managed to scratch the brand new stainless steel hood that he installed. It is installed OK, just scratched. 2. He moved the gas line, but it is sticking out too much so the oven can't go fully back to the wall 3. He lost the key I gave him 4. Worst of all: He installed the wrong outlet for the oven, meaning he installed a regular outlet instead of a grounded outlet. No appliance will even plug into a regular outlet. On top of it all, when I asked him to come and see what he messed up. His answer was "I don't know why I did that". He said he would fix the outlet issue, since we can't plug the oven in. I have been calling and texting him for two months and he still has not resolved it. Today I finally got him on the phone and when I asked him when he was going to fix the issue since he never installed it correctly in the first place he said "you are acting like a **" (the asterix is a religious affiliation). when I said i was very offended by the way he is speaking with me, his response was "don't you have anything better to do with your time?" needless to say, i will never work with him again. If you decide to work with this guy, be very careful.
