They were very prompt and always called before they came. Had some trouble with the spray painter so had to return the next day. They called when they were on the way. Cleaned up very well. Kept me informed as they went a long!

Day 1 involved complete removal of insulation, cleaning and applying a sealant. Day 2 was the application of a very high efficiency insulation. Cleanup was completed.

Received onsite quote and repair was done the next day.

I was walking my dog and my neighbor was having some work done to their house. I asked them what they were doing and they told me that these folks were restoring the attic since some wildlife got into it and left it a mess. I unfortunately, ended up with the same fate, so I asked them about the contractor. They had nothing but praise for Newnam Restoration and the work that they did. So if my neighbors were happy, I thought, why not. I called Mike and we set up a date for him to come and give me an estimate. He explained every detail and left nothing out. For reasons having nothing to do with him, I had to postpone the work for quite a while, yet he kept to the original agreement. We signed the contract, and his crew came out and did a great job. During the restoration, we ran into a couple of problems created by his crew. Mike was right on top of it and promised me that it would all be taken care of. He is a man of his word and would only take the final payment for the job after the problem was taken care of to our utmost satisfaction. I have recommended him to others and would not hesitate to use him again if the situation arises.

Newnam Restoration was excellent, great guys hats workers and very fast. The job took two days as stated in the initial inspection. The crew was kind and courteous. They cleaned up their mess behind them and it was as if they never were there.

Recently, we discovered and animal had entered our attic. My sister searched for an animal control company and found Newnam Restoration Services Inc. on the internet and called and left a voicemail. Mike called back within an hour that night and informed us what we would need to do step by step. Mike immediately contacted a trapper to begin the removal process. The next morning as Mike promised the trapper contacted us and also came out ready to begin the removal of the animal. Newnam Services informed us that they would send someone out to assess the damage and if needed they would also assist me with filing my insurance claim for the damages to my attic. Newnam team were professional, prompt and informative about what they were going to do within the next 2 days to clean, disinfect and restore the attic back to its original condition. I would definitely call Newnam Services again.

Raccoons dug a hole in our soffit and got into the attic. The smell was horrible. After the raccoons were removed, Mike Newnam came out to assess the damage. He walked around the entire house to make sure the raccoons did not have any other entrances. The raccoons had also damaged the ceilings in a bathroom and hallway. Mike photographed and took measurements of all of the affected areas. He spoke with and sent a detailed report to our insurance adjuster. Mike's crew arrived on time and was respectful of the surroundings as they removed items from the attic. They did a nice job of repairing and painting the ceilings in the bathroom and hallway. They cleaned and sanitized the attic and replaced all of the insulation. The soffit was repaired and sealed. The crew with Newnam Restoration put down a new floor in the attic and cleaned up after themselves. Mike was very helpful and professional through the entire process. The job was well done. Insurance covered the cost of the remediation. Mike worked well with our insurance company and kept them and us informed of the progress of the work.

Mike is very professional in dealing with his business. You can tell he is passionate about his work and takes pride in it. There were a few bumps in the road while the work was getting done, but he handled everything professionally and got the job done.

The arrived on Friday, inspected the crawlspace and told me how they would remedy the problem and what the approximate cost would be. They also warned me that the machinery they would be using would be quite loud. They were back the next morning. I think there were about 3-4 workers and they spend several hours removing, sanitizing and installing new insulation. The area outside the crawlspace was also left very clean when they finished their job. Excellent!

Mike was very responsive and professional and helped us determine the most cost effective and efficient way to clean the attic of a mouse intrusion that became apparent after a home inspection. He was able to inspect the attic a few days after my initial call, and had a crew out within 2 weeks to do the cleaning.

They responded quickly to my request for a consult, came into my home as soon as it was legally possible to do so (bats are protected in Illinois), remediated and reinstalled insulation. Worked hard no complaints.

The otherr one was late and they lacked supplies, but once they finally got started they were very efficient and actually finished on time. I recently hired Newnam Restoration Services to take care of some damage to my house from raccoons which had gotten into the attic. Not only were they very prompt and professional and courteous, they worked with my insurance adjuster to get the best compensation I could get. They finished the job on time (on an accelerated schedule because I was selling the house), and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. They matched paint perfectly. When my insurance company balked at some of the charges, they worked with me to get the costs down to a reasonable amount. They cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend them.

A raccoon nested in our attic this spring and was there until she and two babies emerged and were caught. We would never wish this experience on anyone, but we were happy to know there was a solution to the problem. We were fortunate to be given the name of Newnam Restoration Services. From the first phone call, Mike Newnam guided us through what needed to be done. He came out immediately to estimate the damage in our attic and was prompt with his report. He is totally comfortable with the procedures of working with the insurance company. This was very helpful to us. His estimate was fair and quickly accepted by our insurance. The work was done on schedule in an efficient and professional manner. After the insulation was removed, the area was disinfected and sprayed with a primer/sealer. Then new insulation was blown in. The workers were polite, conscientious, and careful about our home and property. We are very satisfied with the work and are happy to recommend Newman Restoration Services to anyone.

Mike Newnam did a great job of answering questions and concerns I had. The raccoon made quite a mess in our attic and I had no idea what it took to clean it up. It's difficult to find companies to restore attics from raccoon damage and Mike came very highly recommended by the raccoon trapper (also excellent) and by Angie's List.
