Choosing Newnam is the best choice I made last 6 months. I could not understand why the **** returned while the soffit was sealed, no other entrance was detected on the roof. Newnam fully understand my desire to have a ****-free attic. They hired Katie’s Wildlife Control located the ventilation and set up trap. Later, workers of Newnam even installed a roof mount animal guard over the vent. Mike and his workers are very helpful and the work on the attic restoration is satisfactory. They deserved A++. Finally, I can have a peaceful mind & sleep.

Great! The workers called when they were on their way. (A time frame was already in place.) They were polite and cleaned up when the job was done.

Attic restoration after a month-long raccoon residence. Newnam removed the old insulation, sprayed the attic with an anti-microbial, followed by a sealer, then blew in new insulation. Insurance covered everything beyond our deductible, hence the N/A Price rating, as we did not shop around for the "best price". Quality was rated N/A because we have had only a month's experience with the new insulation and sealer. I have no reason to suspect that the new, higher R rated insulation will not out perform the 20 year old insulation that was removed. And if raccoons are not attracted to the attic in the future, then we will know that the sealer effectively dealt with any odors.

The experience I had was wonderful. Mike and Dillon did all of the work with my insurance company and got them to cover the entire thing! The guys they sent to do the work were quick, clean and professional. Overall great interactions with everyone from the company.

We contacted Newnam Restoration Services because a raccoon had torn the roof apart to get into the attic. The raccoon was long gone but it had left behind lots of damage. Dillon came out and inspected right away, he was professional and was able to work out a decent price with us. We are very happy with the insulation work that was done in our attic, not only because the risk of disease from the raccoon was cleaned up, but also we are now saving on our heating bill. Last winter we had to turn the heat up to 75 degrees some nights to stay warm, this winter we have not gone past 67 degrees and it feels nice and warm in our home.

Newnam did an excellent job. Mike and Dillon (the owner and his son) were on the site fairly immediately after my call to assess what needed to be done. They thoroughly inspected the area and provided me a quote. Once I accepted, we arranged a date for the men to do the work. The workmen (Doug was the leader) were efficient and thorough. They showed me everything they would be doing before the work was initiated and then after it was completed. I entrusted my house to them as I had to leave for a while, and they were completely trustworthy. The team cleaned up after themselves so that the house looked the same as it was before the started the work - except I had all new insulation in my attic. I recommend Newnam.

This limited the headache of being in the home while major work was being done and having to live among the project mess. When we returned home, there was no evidence that anyone had even been in our home at all. His crew was professional, clean and respectful of our home especially since a majority of the work was being done above our sons nursery. Everything went good from the first time they came to my home till the last day of the job. Each day everything was cleaned up. Inside the house and outside the house. They covered up everything with protection nothing was broken or damaged. A piece of equipment broke down and I was told they would be back the next day to proceed the process. After that everything went very smooth. The employees were courteous and respectful.

I had raccoon damage. I was very stressed and just wanted my house back to normal. From the moment I called, the manager, Mike assured me that everything will be taken care of and back to normal quickly. I had an open line of communication with not only the manager, but also everyone who worked in my house. The contractors showed up on time. They were very professional. And they were extremely nice. I felt confident with multiple people working in my home. They were very efficient because they used the windows to remove material which was the most direct route. A couple extra days were needed to complete the repair however, the work was done correctly. They cleaned up behind themselves every single day. I was relieved to get back to normal. Provided professional and detailed description of what was to be done with the associated price. Workers were very courteous and worked under difficult conditions ? weather outside in the nineties, attic temperature much higher. They did a good job and left my house clean and repaired.

The owner was extremely responsive in terms of getting us quotes, working out insurance information, answering questions that were for his specific job but also related to other pieces of the project. They arrived on time both days. They showed professionalism and were even kind to our puppy! Both days the tasks that they had set out to complete were done in a timely and effective manner.
