Newman Restoration was professional and provided the services contractor for in a timely fashion. I would recommend to my family and friends.

I had 2 families of raccoons in my sprawling ranch (apparently they thought it was big enough!) 10 raccoons total and they did a lot of harm to my insulation. I also has urine trails in 2 spots and since all of my ceilings are connected the whole place needed to be painted. Dillion did a great job of getting in the attic and quoting the job and Mikes expertise is knowing what is covered by insurance companies. My rather large claim was originally denied by my insurance company which stressed me out to no end and fully covered by the time Mike got through with them. My entire attic looks and smells clean, I have all new insulation and my ceilings look great! I felt totally comfortable with the workers alone in my home and only just checked on them occasionally.

We were very pleased with the work done by Newnam Restoration Services in repairing damage done by raccoons in our house. The service manager who came out to do the estimate was thorough, explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We also appreciated that he worked well with the insurance adjustor. The crew who performed the work came on time and were very helpful in explaining procedures. They were very careful to cover things up with tarps to protect flooring and furniture. They worked steadily and finished the job even more quickly than expected. My inspection showed that the work was done to a high standard. Everything looked great. At the end, the crew cleaned up and left everything looking good. Throughout, the men were friendly and very responsive to my requests. They were also respectful of our cats, which meant a lot to us. All in all, Newnam Restoration Services delivered an excellent, professional job and got it done in good time. I am happy to recommend them highly!

We used Newnam restoration to repair damage in our attic caused by a raccoon. I was very happy with my experience with Mike. We had a scheduling miscommunication before the project and I hadn't been added to their schedule for the week. I called Mike on a Wednesday and Mike was able to fit me in that same Friday. The crew showed up on time, and was incredibly careful about taping up barriers and making sure their hoses didn't damage any of our walls. The quality of the work was great, and the crew that came out were very nice and took pride in the work they did. I would not hesitate to recommend them for a second.

Mike Newnam is the consummate gentlemen. When I had a problem with the work a crew of his was doing, he literally bent over backwards to correct the situation. We became personal friends as we corrected the problem together. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Newnam Restoration Services. The bid was well prepared so we knew exactly what work would be performed. They put us in touch with a wildlife removal service that was able to trap and remove the animal. The crew was on time and courteous. There was no mess in either the house or garage, and the crew cleaned up once they were finished. It was a very professional operation.

An excellent appraisal was given by one of the reps that came out first. He was very well educated with raccoon damage issues to homes and gave me a complete breakdown of work that needed to be done and make sure they couldn't break in again. Very happy with the completed work and crew that was sent!

Everything from the estimate to dealing with the insurance adjuster to accomplishing the work went great. Mike and his staff were very professional and extremely patient in guiding us through the process. The working crew arrived on time and performed the work even faster than promised. Excellently...Dillon did the initial inspection and explained the entire process to me up-front and showed me photos from my attic of the bat guano and damage. Newnam worked with my insurance company to ensure all the necessary work was covered, which was a plus to me. Dillon also explained a "Plan B" (scaled down version but still provided removal of bat guano) if the insurance company did not cover the work, but fortunately my insurance company did provide complete coverage. The crew that did the work over 2 days was also excellent -- professional, friendly and courteous, very hard working, and took the time to answer my questions when I asked one or more...The crew ensured all areas in my house were protected (one entrance to my attic was in my house and the other was in my garage) and they performed cleanup each day after their work was done. From the very start to the very finish, I could not have been more pleased with every aspect of this project...(did not provide cost of service below since all but my deductible was covered by insurance plus each job would have a different cost based on size of area and amount of removal, etc. but Newnam's services were reasonably priced, even more so if I had to pay for "Plan B")...

There were some inconsistencies in the billing for what services were provided but when I questioned them on it, they fixed it for me. I feel confident that I was billed for what work was done.

Very well. Mr. Newnam and his employees did a great job. He also helped me with the insurance claim to cover the damages caused by the raccoon infestation. The restoration helped me prepare the house for sale, and I can in good conscience tell potential buyers that there are no outstanding problems with the house.

The Newman Restoration was done in a very timely and professional manner. The owner Mike and Dillon, the customer service manager, were personally involved in dealing with the insurance company and following closely the progress of the work. The teams came promptly in the mornings, equipped with the right equipment to deal with the problem effectively. They were curious and professional and left the premises clean.

It couldn't have gone any smoother! There were 4 guys that were all very perfessional and polite. They had tarps down and left the house as clean as before they came.

Newnam Restoration did an excellent job of removing everything from attic and cleaning up. Guys did an awesome job in all this heat attic had to be way over 100 degrees. Thank you Newnam Restoration will call if I need anything like this again.

Everything went very smoothly. They showed up right away to give an estimate and began work much sooner than I thought possible!!! Very timely and professional.

All work and contact done very professionally. Friendly knowledgeable people, anxious to do a good, thorough job. Price was extremely reasonable. Flexible with timing to my schedule. They removed a giant (3' x 4') birds nest, removed an old, non-working fan, put new screening over the vent, and disinfected the whole attic. They were quiet and efficient. The only reason I gave a B on punctuality is that on the first date scheduled, they called around 12:15 to say they would be delayed from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. I waited and had to call them at 3:00 to see where they were. Their previous job took longer than expected, and we made a new day/time for the following day.

Excellent! From the initial inspection to the completion of the process Newman Restoration was very professional, prompt, considerate and always available to answer questions. The raccoon had entered our attic by pulling down a section of soffit in the front of our house. Additionally, the raccoon had damage the soffit at the rear of the house so we had two soffit areas that needed repair. All of the insulation in the attic had to be removed and replaced along with cleaning and sanitizing the attic. The whole process went without a hitch and was completed in a timely manner.
