Mike was extremely responsive on the phone. He shared his vast knowledge about leverage homeowners insurance. Because our coverage wouldn't pay for it, he was sympathetic and ensured the work got done quickly since we were paying cash and didn't have to wait for a settlement. The team was punctual and worked quickly. The were friendly and made sure the house stayed as clean as possible. They got it all done in one day. I was really happy with the work they did and the expediency of the process.

Raccoons in your attic are no fun. They make noise, thump around in your wall, chew on the wood, and destroy your insulation. After some unwanted masked bandits were removed from our attic, the trappers told us that Newman Restoration Services were THE people to use to clean up the damage. We are so glad we went with their suggestion! From beginning to end, Mike and his crew were top notch. Mike helped us navigate the murky waters of the insurance claims and worked with us to make sure that all of our damage would be taken care of. He quickly scheduled a restoration date, and his team was there right on time. They were able to remove and replace all of our insulation in one day, and were extremely respectful, polite, and took care to clean everything up. It was comforting to know that an unpleasant situation was being addressed in a very professional manner. If unwanted raccoons visit YOUR attic, Mike and his team are the way to go!

Newnam was flawless in their job. They brought out a crew of three professional guys. I could tell they really knew what they were doing and had experience in comparing my job to others they've worked on. They were done in less than 8-hours. That time frame includes removing the old insulation, disinfecting, and installing the new insulation. I felt that their price was more than reasonable and would recommend them to anyone. I felt reassured that they specialize in animal infestation and restoration issues.

They came out quickly to evaluate and give me an estimate. They worked with my insurance company efficiently and effectively. The work was done as soon as the insurance company signed off. They blew the insulation in through a second floor bathroom window which then lead into a closet. The owner was very personable and professional.

All of the work was performed in a professional and timely manner. Removal and replacement of insulation was conducted cleanly and the house was left in the same clean condition that it was in prior to the work being performed. The roof repairs were professionally done in spite of the inclement winter weather (cold, wind and snow). Essentially, all contracted work was performed in a highly professional, timely and efficient manner.

It turned out to be a very large job due to what was evidently years of nesting by raccoons. Portions of my bedroom ceiling that had been stained also needed to be removed and replaced. The contractor explained that santizing and sealing of the attic space would remove the scent that attracted more raccoons. Progress on completion was hampered by the fact that a raccoon got into the attic when the insulation was about to be blown in and the workers had to try to force it to leave so they could find out what the point of entry was. Once they were able to get the raccoon to exit, the hidden entry point was closed up and they proceeded with the job. The only glitch was that the cable hook up in the ceiling was "lost" during the process of blowing in the insulation, but the contractor offered to cover the cost of having the cable company come out to fix that part. As it turned out, my cable service did not charge a fee, but it was a comfort to know that the contractor would have paid for it if it had been an expense to me. The best news is that the raccoons have not returned.

Our house was under contract to sell when they bad animal issue came up. It went very smoothly. From helping us secure the insurance claims, he was able to start 2 days later.

After dealing with an unscrupulous, unprofessional, sloppy and unresponsive animal removal service for the removal of bats in my home, I did not want to continue to deal with them for the clean-up. I was referred to Mike Newnam, who was honest, responsive to my needs, pleasant to deal with and provided excellent service. He helped sort through the insurance maze for me. His workers were prompt, called to let me know when they would arrive, and were very pleasant to deal with. They left my home clean. I would highly recommend Newnam Restoration Service.

Mike, the owner, was great from the start, answering all of my questions on the phone or via text. He was very responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He made the process of dealing with our homeowner's insurance quite seamless. He told us exactly what to expect. We had to negotiate a couple of issues that weren't as clearly part of the insurance coverage and he was fair and honest about that as well. Danny came out and did the initial assessment and took pictures. He determined the entry point for the raccoons and immediately sealed it. Mike's team was fairly busy due to it being peak season but he was still able to schedule our service within my requested two week time frame. On the day for the actual job, Fabian led an excellent, professional and hard-working team. They spent the entire first day removing the previous insulation which was a bit more complicated than usual because our previous insulation wasn't done very well. They were courteous and respectful throughout, answering all of my questions. They cleaned up after themselves. On the second day they finished the removal and added the new insulation. They took pictures of the completed work and showed them to me. I was very impressed with Mike and his excellent team. Everything was straightforward and consistent including the contract and payment. The only reason I rated them a "B" for punctuality was because they were about 30 minutes late the first day and then the second day they got a flat tire and were a couple hours late in arriving but otherwise they were very reliable.
