Description of Work: Remodeled a bathroom, replaced shower with bathtub, replaced wall and floor tiles, removed drop cieling, replaced lighting, painted walls and vanity, installed new fixtures, installed new WC, repaired bathroom door.

Description of Work: Replaced 3 doors + 1 set of folding doors. Included taking out old doors and removing, purchasing, staining, urethane sealing new doors, purchased door hardware as requested, hung doors. Finished a rough repair on a plaster wall. Included sanding, plastering, sanding again and fine finishing, prepared wall to the point of priming. Adjusted another door for proper clearance on the bottom. Replaced broken quarry tile in the sunroom. Found a good substitute to coordinate well with existing aged quarry tile, removed broken tiles, properly repaired subfloor, installed new tiles in a highly visible area. All of the above tasks were extra challenging as ours is a vintage home--nothing is straight or flat or perfectly square. The tile job in particluar was exceptionally well done: each 2 inch x 2 inch border tile was custom cut to best fit the edging of existing tiles. Much attention was paid to the cost of repairs, but more attention was paid to doing the best job possilble. The guys were unfailingly courteous, prompt, made a minimum of a mess when working and left the area probably cleaner than they found it.

Description of Work: installed cabinets, moved walls, painted, tile work, plumbing and electrical, they did it all. Only thing they didn't do was order cabinets, which they would have done if we wanted, and install the granite countertops. Installed all appliances and light fixtures.
