Our mission at Sophia's Cleaning Service has been the same for the past 38 years: to provide the highest quality commercial and residential cleaning services available in Chicagoland at a fair price to each of our clients. Sophia's is a 2nd generation family run business that has been built on the simple values of trust, integrity, and treating our customers how we would want to be treated. Our company is a reflection of the values that our late founder and mother, Sophia Borek, instilled in us. Personally, I think our secret is the quality of people we have at Sophia's. We are extremely selective with the cleaners that we hire, conducting multiple background checks and interviews with applicants before they even have a shot of cleaning a customer's home or office building. Our customers trust that our cleaners will be both skilled workers and, more importantly, great people that you can trust in your home or office, day-in and day-out.

Description of Work: I use this service twice a month. Margret does a great job of cleaning and the Owner Andre is very responsive. I would recommend Sophia's Cleaning Service to anyone. They are Great - Highly Recommended.

Great job! Two ladies showed up on time and did a great job. Was done in about 3 hours. Sophia was great with rescheduling with me when I ran into some family matters that had to be handled. If I wasn't moving away, I would use them monthly.
Description of Work: Prepared house for selling. Deep cleaning of 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with office. Dusted, swept, vacuumed and mopped entire house including window sills. Removed spider webs around light fixtures and around ceiling corners.

THE CLEANERS ALWAYS DID A WONDERFUL JOB, AND THE PRICE WAS MORE REASONABLE THAN OTHERS I HAD EXPLORED. HOWEVER, THERE WAS SO MUCH MISCOMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNER, AND A NEW PERSON PRACTICALLY EVERY WEEK, THAT IT BECAME UNRELIABLE.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED A FOUR-BEDROOM, THREE-BATH HOUSE, INCLUDING KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS, FLOORS, DUSTING, VACUUMING, AND WASHING AND CHANGING BED LINENS AND TOWELS.
