He knew the product, gave me different options, and what kind of garbage disposals he has available and how long they would last. He installed it the same day and the project was done. So, I liked the promptness and the knowledge of the product.

+ -1 moreHe quoted me 3800 Dollars to do the job, and ultimately, we got the job done for 800 Dollars. I had no other contact with him outside of that. He presented himself adequately. The price putt me off. He was dressed appropriately, he was there when he said he was going to be, and there was some equipment that he could have brought but he said he didn't have it, or he forgot to bring it. He gave me the quote immediately.
Description of Work: We got an estimate from Scott's Plumbing Inc to cap off the sewer line prior to a house demolition.

Description of Work: Service call to unclog laundry bin drain. Showed up five minutes ahead of scheduled time. Assessed the problem to determine which one of three rodders to use. Cafefully moved tiems in the way of the repair. Drain was unclogged and water was running within three minutes of using the rodder. They took extra care to extend the rodder way beyond the location of the clog (and I think they went all of the way to the sewer). Brought their own cleaning materials and towel drying the floor and surrounding area. The area was cleaning after they left than before.
