+ -1 moreIt was a large job and he did it wonderfully. He always comes out when he says and calls if he is held up. He tarps the whole house to prevent any damage and cleans up very well.
Description of Work: He repaired a leak in the basement in the plumbing stack.

+ -1 moreNo well, told story above. They were trying to remove a blockage and then they kept saying they needed to do more and more and charge more money. It started to get ridiculous. I just joined today and am remembering back a year, but I would never use this firm again.
Description of Work: The told us we needed new toilets, then installed toilets with crooked seats that broke. But as we thought about it, if they would have just told us we needed to double flush sometime, that would have solved the problem. They kept finding more problems, and when they wanted to cut through our cabinets we said no. Have had no problems since. We felt overcharged and taken for a ride.
