Description of Work: Sod laid had multiple brown spots and spaces between the sections. I was told to water heavily and it will "come back. I wanted my brown lawn replaced with green sod, but the original product did not look good. The representative did promptly return after I complained and took pictures of the brown sod. Again, I was told to water and wait. After more than a month the grass is green. I am hoping that the lawn will continue to improve in the spring as I would like to try their evergreen trimming services.

+ -1 moreI would give him the lowest rating possible. He hasn't fully committed to the contract I came up with. He treated brown spots on my lawn and put fertalizer down. We signed a contract for 4 applications. I was concerned I hadn't got my second application yet so I called them and I got no answer, I called many more times and no answer. I sent him an email saying how I was concerned It's past the second month now. He sent an email back saying he had medical concerns and could not do the second application but said he would do it this weekend. So the weekend came and gone and didn't show up, the second weekend came and he still didn't come. So I gave up on this guy. He was very courteous the first and only time I talked to him. He was not dependable at all.
Description of Work: They did a lawn application to treat a diseased lawn or a bugged lawn.
