KENNEDY BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION

Sean came out on 9/23/20 to do an estimate for roof and exterior damage caused by a tornado. I’m writing this almost six weeks later (early November) and still no estimate or response from the company. I had an email exchange with Tom on 10/5/20 who said the estimate was forthcoming, and then a family member followed up via phone on 10/29/20 and Tom, again, feigned outrage and promised an estimate was forthcoming. It was also uncomfortable that he spoke disparagingly about Sean both times when one of the reasons I picked this company was that the website emphasized teamwork and professionalism. The good online reviews via Google initially led me to contact this company, but this company ghosted me and could have been honest at any point during this process and said they didn’t want my business and wouldn't be giving me an estimate. Recovering from a natural disaster is hard enough without getting the runaround from companies like this.
